We, the undersigned, citizen's of Novato, believe due to the consistent and severity of crime at the Wyndover Apartments, Fairfield Wyndover LLC has not fulfilled their obligations to the state of California. We request the state of California have their 55 year tax exemption revoked and back real estate taxes be paid back to the city of Novato of over $1,200,000 and the California State $17,450,000 million dollar bond revoked and be repaid immediately. For the safety of the community and the residents of Wyndover, we request that EAH Housing take over management of the project immediately.
