PS3, XBOX 360 and PC gamers are all affected by many bugs/glitches in 2K Sports NBA 2K13. One glitch in particular is 'game breaking', meaning gamers cannot play the game at all, this glitch is a total system and or game freeze. 2K Sports is fully aware of this issue and failed to fix it in an October 2012 patch and have openly admitted to knowing the issue still exists and will not fix their product. Refunds at this point are not accepted from the place of purchase, so this petition is the only way of getting the attention of 2K Sports to either fix the issue or refund the full purchase price of NBA 2K13.
