This Petition is against the law that fire people without just cause. This law comes against everything our county fought for and that's including the 4th Amendment. The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. By using the Fourth Amendment this prove that we are supported by probable cause. So let’s stand up for what we believe is right!
