Ojibwe Allowed in all Schools

Please Sign this petition for all aboriganal students in Sault Ste.Marie, Ontario and anywhere else, so we can have a fair amount of second hand laguage learning of a differnt language. I got told by someone that they are trying to get rid of Ojibwe, I do not think that is fair to the native children of Ontario.

4 years ago Comments: I haven't heard the schools are "getting rid of Ojibwe." I hope all Anishinaabe children have the right and access to their own language. Non-Native children have full access and opportunity to French as a second language. They have classes where the student to teacher ratio meets provincial standards. This is not the case for our children, who are packed in at 45 students in some Ojibwe classes. I hope your petition is successful and that your voices are heard! I am proud of you young people for standing up for your rights and culture!!
