Have you noticed the degradation of South Eastern train services since Arbellio Greater Anglian trains took over ?
The continual delays and lack of information provided leaves the average commuter feeling like they have done a days work before even reaching the office.
Buy signing this partition, hopefully your voice and opinion will be heard by this organisation, who's only interest is generating revenue for its shareholders
The company shows a complete lack of interest in passenger comfort, punctuality of services and passenger safety.
Even if customers apply for compensation the amounts are extremely inconsistent. One thing that seems to be constant is the more you complain the less you get.
Please help me to fight theses greedy corporations who are cashing in on the misery of the average commuter who has no voice with there rude and unhelpful customer services advisers.
