To avoid Voter fraud and theft we need The United States Congress to reform Voting laws. We need the following :
1. Every state needs to purge it's voter rolls of the deceased, changes of address, felons
2.Early voting must be eliminated.
Absentee ballots downloaded online raise security issues, as does Election Day voter registration
3.In 1845 the United States Congress chose a single date for all national elections in all states
4. A National ID mailed to all registered voters to their documented address when they registered.
