I am petitioning to be able to either be employed by or given a license by the FBI in order to conduct investigations on missing persons regardless of the requirements of meeting the private investigator license requirements in each state. Whether it is a cold case or a new case, time is everything. Too much time and money would have to be spent in each state in order to meet the licensing requirements. As it is now, too much time is being spent just trying to get a petition signed. With this license, I can begin a non profit that accepts donations in order to look for those that are missing and have a better chance at getting results.
