The following members of the National Bar Association are petitioning the Board of Governors to establish an Estates and Trust section. The preservation and transfer of wealth in the black community is an economic development imperative and as such the NBA should have a section committed to exchange of knowledge and resources within its body. The commitment for continuing legal education in this section will be transformative for the black community.
