National Grid delivery charges are out of control. The Adjusted Delivery Charge comes from no other than Wall Street, you know them our tax dollars bailed them out and they had no consequences, HELLO? The consumer is paying for upgrades that will SOMEDAY result in lower costs, now there's a straight answer. National grid states use less electric and have lower bills. Yet the delivery charges are almost double or more than your electric bill. For example, electric bill of $91.16 the delivery charge $188.59. Now there's taxes in here to. We did our part in reducing electric use so where are the lower bills they currently advertise? I am going to send this petiton the the President, Senate, Congress, Wall street and the Gov. Of New York State. These billing practises result in people applying for HEAP which zaps the tax payers and into the pockets of Corporate America who fund political parties. This must stop. Only we can do this in numbers. Thank You
