I would like to petition Durham Bus Service. Thereason being is that the bus is always late picking up my son, I have to stand out there for almost a hour with him, which makes me late for work almost everyday. I'm tired of waiting on a corner for a bus to show and when i contact the company, they tell me he 10 minutes away but never show up. This is unacceptable and not to mention that its cold outside and its not right that we have to stand out there and freeze to death. This is a ridiculous!! I want something done about this!!!
