World Wrestling Entertainment has created a goldmine with Beth Phoenix and Natalya Neidhart's latest run as the Divas of Doom, with Beth being Divas Champion and the two being named Divas of the Year, but they still seem to be idly sitting on it somewhat at the moment. The aim of this petition is to show that by having Phoenix and Natalya go from dominating together to facing each other in a championship feud, WWE can open the door to doing so much more with the women's division, and thus Natalya should go against Beth Phoenix for the Divas Championship.

Lately, WWE has finally started listening to what the critics have been increasingly spouting for years about the quality of women's wrestling in its Divas division. This has taken hold on-air in the characterization of our complaints by Beth Phoenix and Natalya Neidhart, starting on the week of August 1st, 2011, when Phoenix and Natalya both turned into villains with the express purpose of "saving" the division from model-turned-wrestlers they and most vocal internet wrestling fans see as lackluster.

Since then, the reformed duo of Phoenix and Natalya, now known as the Divas of Doom and the Sisters of Salvation, have taken the seat of power in the Divas division. Beth Phoenix has become the Divas Champion and produced several impressive dominant outings while allowing her opponents to look fairly decent as well. WWE Magazine has even named Phoenix and Natalya the 2011 Divas of the Year.

However, the mission is still not finished yet. Some of the wrestlers many complain about are still getting pushed for title shots above Natalya, winning matches on her and Beth with mostly roll-ups in order to be fed to Phoenix at the pay-per-views. Also, we are still getting one-minute matches. Recently a #1 contender was decided in 44.7 seconds. There is still change to be made.

The best way for this change to truly begin to manifest is if the Divas of Doom mission is taken to the next level - not just one between Beth Phoenix and Natalya being champion, but the two of them facing off against each other for the Divas Championship in at least one WWE pay-per-view match, most favorably one at the coming WrestleMania on April 1st, 2012.

It is the opinion of the petition maker and the undersigned that should these two women be allowed to showcase their talents for a reasonable amount of time in a championship match against each other, this will provide at the very least a special moment of rarity to behold, and at the most an impetus for both the criticized model-turned-wrestlers and the WWE's management of its female wrestling division as a whole to markedly improve in a direction that fans can appreciate more, and that this will be good for the company's business.

Take a stand to tell Vince McMahon and WWE management that Beth Phoenix vs. Natalya for the WWE Divas Championship needs to happen.
