Rhapsody refuses to honor existing Napster subscriptions that were active as of December 1, 2011.  This is a breach of contract.  With Rhapsody's purchase of Napster, the existing Napster accounts should remain active through the ending Napster service date, according to the original agreement with Napster.

By refusing to honor the Napster account terms, Rhapsody is in breach of contract.
