Name: Bro. Ldr. Mbandaka on Oct 5, 2011Comments: The persistent disproportionate killing of our young men in custody is a crime against humanity, specifically Afrikan humanity. It is the state's violation of our human rights, symptomatic of British racism and xenophobia, as are the injustices meted out to us by all its institutions; not least the education system. Only through united action, under one national, representative body will we bring an end to this ie ‘THE NATIONAL AFRIKAN PEOPLES PARLIAMENT’.Flag

Name: Lorna Campbell on Oct 7, 2011Comments: Afrikans have a right to life. Just like our land and resources lies are continue to be cultivated to hide the hideous political and genocidal nature of people who are morally bankrupt to the extent they have ways of killing that should put decent human beings to shame ~ yet they have the audacity to try camouflage their behaviours as legitimate processes. When power and law are used to deliver social, economic and inhumane injustices no man is free. Until there is justice ~ there will be no peace.Flag

Name: Bro Ldr Mbandaka on Oct 7, 2011Comments: In the words of Martin Luther King Jr: "It is not enough for me to...condemn riots. It would be morally irresponsible of me to do that without, at the same time, condemning the contingent, intolerable condition that exits in our society. These conditions are the things that cause individuals to feel that they have no other alternative than to engage in violent rebellions to get attention: 'A riot is the language of the unheard. And what is it that America (Britain) has failed to hear? "...that the plight of the Black man has worsened...That large segments of white society are more concerned about tranquilty and the status quo, than about justice and humanity."Flag

Name: Simba Mbandaka on Oct 7, 2011Comments: 100% in support of the petition and action taken by the NAPP. The government and police need to be called to task about this very important, as currently it seems to be nothing more than a joke to them. RIP Mark Duggan and all those who have died as a result of this racist white supremist system in which we live.Flag

Name: Maxine Davis on Oct 7, 2011Comments: It is time that britains black residents, who are tax payers are treated with respect. Britain must take serious steps to rid itself of racism which reflects its colonial and slave past. The current government is effectively watering down the race relations amendment act 2003 leaving the ground open for all institutions of society to racially discriminate against black citizens. The philosophy of god given human inequality underlies the disempowerment of black communities and must be challenged at government level and in all state institutions. It is clear that the police who killed Mark Duggan did not value his life as a human being as it has been established that he was not a threat to their lives. The government must be forced to properly challenge institutional racism and protect black citizens. How many more of our sons and daughters must die like animals? We say 'no more state killings of black people'.Flag

Name: Sonia Davis on Oct 7, 2011Comments: It is really important that the issues outlined in this petition are dealt with fairly. For teachers such as myself, who work with young people...black and white...it is very hard to find answers to a question like `how come one black man got shot dead by the police for nothing and another got 2 and half years in prison for writing in his face book whilst a white man got under a year for prolonged facebook terrorist campaign against the families of dead youngsters he didnt even know?'Flag
