Election Commision should fix credentials like education, criminal record, what are the achivements?, What is the goal for standing in election & how he will achive? Expalin in media with all supporings & logical arguments, Open disscussion among all candidates for desired post.
Ex: Election for All post of ministers.
PM- candidates-MMSingh, vajpayee, sonia etc..
Home Minister: s. patil, N Modi, etc..
All candidates for ministers must have previous background related to the post.
PM candidate should be internationally recognized in his field of occupation. |
