Name: Sarah M Rosen on Jun 7, 2006Comments: I currently live in Givat C but almost bought an apartment at the beginning of Emek Dotan across from Tittora. The selling point of the apartment was - "Look at the view! And you know that it will always be like that because they will never build there!" Everytime I have friends come to visit the city for the first time I take them up to Tittora, especially at night. The response is always the same. Wow! Sold on the city! How amazing to have nature at your fingertips. History in your back yard. No museums; no entrance fees; everything in it's natural setting. We go there all the time. I can take my children for a walk in nature without having to get in a car and drive. Poppies blooming in the late winter Don't have to drive south to see it. Just go to Tittora. Unforgivable that the city would spend so much to build pareve man-made green areas while tearing down the area's one natural historic green area. Modi'in really should have picked a better theme song than 'They Paved Paradise to Put Up a Parking Lot'.Flag
