Better Service and Communication

As players of mythwar, we are wanting a better understanding from the game masters. Equal communication from IGG and the players. We need them to play the game, and know the work we invest into our characters. Better security is a must. We need them to protect our characters, as well as our private information. We want the hacking to stop. Modifications to character deletion process must be made to ensure security to people\'s characters. Better customer service is a must. Waiting weeks on end with no answer is not considered customer service. Item mall should not be the priority of IGG. The game and happy players should be. We need changes to the way the GM\'s handle our complaints and offer us services. Better process in character retrieval is a must. Favortism to those who are \"V.I.P.\" from spending money on this game must also stop. All players should be treated on an equal ground. We offer up our suggestions, we expect you aknowledge them at bare minimum. There needs to be a closer bond and better understanding between IGG and its customers. We want fair treatment, and better customer service.
