People who were/are overweight, have a mental illness, or are just different all relate to this show. I think that if this show continues, it can help change the way the public views people who are overweight or have mental illnesses. I have seen so many people on facebook, twitter, and tumblr praise it for its writing, acting, producing, and directing... and a lot of people would be sad if this series did not come back for a second season. From what I understand, this is just a mini-series but there has to be more to this. It can't end. Six episodes are not enough, and I really hope the producers of this work with E4 to get a second season on TV. I love this show, I relate to Rae's character on so many levels, and I would be a little devastated if it ended with only 6 episodes. The character Rae has helped all the people who watch this show a connection. I know I have a connection with the character, she is so relate-able, because doesn't everyone feel that way. This show is incredible, and if the shows is tied up and as finished as it can be at the end of this series, then a second series is pointless, but I would love another series. If it at risk of being cancelled rather than it ending, it shouldn't. This show should carry on.Flag
