My disastrous story started in June of 06”; I was sick and had not a clue why!! I had Kaiser Insurance here in Colorado, and went through several tests, to find they believed had uterus and cervical cancer; therefore I was set up for their surgical procedure on September 13, 2006. To my serious dismay I had gone out of town for the weekend and woke up to find my kidneys had failed me. I went out of my friend’s home by ambulance as the pain was so excruciating, I couldn’t walk or urinate. To my dismay, I was further transferred to a Kaiser hospital for immediate surgery. I was so out of it, I had no clue what was happening! My recent husband signed my surgery papers and left with a phone call to my older son of where to find me. The days that followed I have no memory of much. They had explained to my children that I had suffered from Pelvic Inflammatory disease was the main problem and full of staff infection of which I was antibiotic resistant. Please note no one checked my kidneys, but I was cathorized and on a morphine pump, the hospital doctors explained to my children that it was very possible I would die. I recall the Doctor at Kaiser coming to see me and telling me I was not out of the woods by any means. My hospital stay was lengthy and recovery really never came. During this time frame, I had recently divorced a husband of which after a 16 year marriage was robbing me blind. (Please note after 4 years we have another court date this month for a contempt violation) on his part for leaving penniless. From that September and my recovery that was so out of reach, I decided I couldn’t fight anymore and went to Florida to try to recover. What a mess, I ended up in a bankruptcy of over $800,000.00, because of the x-husband and less resources for medical care there. In the end I returned to Colorado, who my oldest son so helped me get here, and starting receiving reduced medical care in the system. Meanwhile, waiting for Social Security Disability. More denials and waiting on hearings, more denials. In the mean time, I went through astronomical procedures for Leukemia, removing bone marrow, MRI’S, kidney biopsies and many renal panels, blood test, ultra sounds and on and on. They found that I have scoliosis of the spine, with degenerative disc disease, also sacs with fluid from steroids (my inhaler)on my spine, severe hypertension (high blood pressure), and I was born with 2 defective kidneys, which I have kidney disease and diverticulitis of the colon. My prescription list is more than I can bare. The moral of Social Security hearing where as my attorney states 80% win at this hearing. Here is what follows: Witness for Social Security is a 81 year General Practitioner from New Mexico (that’s interesting in itself I am in Colorado). The judge has Dr. Clark on the phone and ask him if he received the fax yesterday in regards to my medical records. (The day before court and I am sure he didn’t lose any sleep over reading hundreds of pages) He proceeds to testify that I am not due any disability at this time as these are all normal problems for a 52 year old woman. WOW!! I was in shock, never met me or examined me, had medical records less then 24 hours and he is an expert. Here is my BIG QUESTION????? At what age do you practice being an over the phone physician, and how good is his mind at this age?????????????? Well here is our government at work. HAVE YO PAY FOR THOSE ILLEGAL ALIENS!!!! He also proceeds to state that my physicians don’t seem to be credible. Please remember they have ordered all these tests, wrote their advice AND MEDICAL REPORTS. Too lengthy to explain!!!! So you hurry up and wait 8 more weeks to get your answer. To find so ordered by our Federal Government, that I am not credible and neither are these tests or my Doctors!!!!! WOW!!! This was worth the fight 4 years later to be called a liar and my Doctors are Liars!!!!! Where is the Justice!!!!!!! Please remember I was a very good tax payer for a lot of years, you don’t get into debt for $800,000.00, because you didn’t make money in your day. NOW FOR THE LOW!!!! I was receiving from the State $200.00 a month in cash and $182.00 a month food stamps, until this week. This is the story of stories, the juice of how our government and states works. Please stay with me here this is about to get better!!!! YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS ONE!!! So, how do I pay my low income rent, prescriptions, gas in my car, feed my 5 pound best friend, car insurance and just maybe some basic cable TV!!!! Please don’t forget the necessities, we must wash the BOOTY, and your dishes, and maybe a couple loads of laundry, how bout the TOILET BOWL!!! LOL, well ok I am sorry, but I do like a clean toilet Ok everyone do the math, you can’t! IMPOSSIBLE!!! So, I got to thinking if I could sew an hour a day, open a Ebay account, use my car for a hobby I use to have, just maybe with all the fees, and the write offs for the miles on my car, I just might get that car insurance paid. AS WE ALL KNOW, it is illegal to drive without insurance. AS at lease 100 ILLEGALS LIVE FROM ONE GREEN CARD AND ONE DRIVERS LICENSE OK, guess what, I got it done, I got it paid, with my car deductions through the IRS and a schedule C, thank the lord for mileage, to mail envelopes and get fabric I, I had a loss. Now who shows up on my door, the State of Colorado for investigation of fraud to the state. Yes, I made money, not really I had a loss with expenses, but now I am a criminal. Of course this investigator is having one of finest ADREDALIN Rushes, as he wants to look in my eyes and tell me how many crimes I just committed!!!!! WOW!!! This man is really enjoying himself!!!! Did I lie, not really, why, I really did not make any money according to the IRS RULES! I owe no taxes as Mr. Adredalin Rush who is telling me how many felonies I have done! Then he has the nerve, how good I have it! I live in 400 square ft. disabled fighting for prescriptions, medical care, and my deserved disability, and to stay legal to drive my car to get them! How lucky I am to be here, and of course why did I do this? You have to laugh!!! When I tell him I have never been arrested, never broke the law, and always paid my taxes, GOT THE SHAFT from my Government, he gets on his band stand how great it is here, and I did my government wrong. IS THIS A JOKE OR A NIGHTARE???? Well here I wait with No INCOME!!!
