Based on the serious injuries that have occurred through out this state and other states, we the tax payers of Wayne, NJ are demanding that each child that plays highschool football or a contact head sport be equipped with a "Certified Concussion Helmet". Let's not wait until one of our children becomes seriously injured or worse.
