Regarding the rules of Licensed Midwives of Arizona: We the undersigned, as citizens of the state of Arizona, do hereby: -agree that all women should have the right to choose their care provider. -agree that laws/rules should not restrict a woman’s choice in care. -agree that all healthcare providers should treat each woman as an individual with distinct needs. -agree that all healthcare providers should provide all patients with information as to all options of care that are available to them (i.e. tests, risks, benefits, statistics,). -agree that all care providers including Licensed Midwives should have life saving drugs made available for them to purchase and administer including antibiotics, intravenous fluids, antihemorrhagics, oxygen and resuscitation equipment. -agree all women should have autonomy in their healthcare. -agree women should be provided the option to labor and deliver where they desire.
