Dear To Whom it may cocern, Myself ( Kisha Davis) and my son (Santrell Duff) purchased a 1998 Chevy Monte Carlo Z34 from a guy name Keith Willenberg for my son (Santrell Duff) first car. However as we were trying to get the vehicle regestiered the lady at the DMV bought to our attention that the title had whiteout on it. As a result of that we were not able to get the car regestired. I have tried to contact Keith, there has been a failure to respnd to any of my calls or text. I kisha Davis Is asking the courts to force ownership of the Monte Carlo Z34 to my Son Santrell Duff, however santrell is only 16, so if thats not possible to get it in his name it also can be put in my name (Kisha Davis)
