The Local Authority intend applying double yellow lines to Musley Hill and its junctions with Redan Road, Grasmere Road, Larksfield, quaker road, Fanhams Hall Road and High Oak Road. This WILL substantially reduce parking which is already stretched. The restrictions are unnecessary in safety terms. The County Councils records show there have been very few minor accidents and no serious or fatal accidents. Residents will need to find parking elsewhere and secure parking and garages in Ware are generally not available. The restrictions will increase congestion on other streets and therefore not alter the overall position. Please provide your support to this. THIS WILL AFFECT YOU AND YOUR VISITORS and if allowed to proceed could seriously decrease the value of your property

Barnaby Aldiss, United Kingdom5 years ago Comments: Parking is already difficult enough as it is, the council should focus its mind on other things such as the ridiculous double decker busses that come up Musley hill in first gear spewing fumes and making an awful noise...and on top of that are almost always practically empty!
