| 5853 | Anonymous | Excluding multihulls is straight out ludicrious. |
| 5854 | Michael Dean | Message to ISAF:
1. Reconsider the stupid and bigoted decision regarding omission of the only catamaran class in the Olympic regatta.
2. The Tornado is fast, exciting and a wonder to watch. Catamaran racing is a great advert for the whole sport of yachting.
3. Wake up, nobody is interested in slow, boring boats - that restrict entry due to cost.
4. Your decision smacks of vested interest and medal grabbing by a few countries. |
| 5855 | Anthony Townsend | I am deeply troubled by the ISAF's decision to not include a multihull in the Olympic sailing classes for the 2012 Olympics. The UK has a very well documented history of developing world class multihulls. It would be most appropriate to add multihull classes rather than remove them. |

| 5863 | Amy Mercer | i don't understand why you would get rid of the only multi-hull in the olympics. it makes no sense. would love to know the reasoning behind it |

| 5865 | Charles Clemens | I would think that the number multihull races held over the world be enough. |

| 5869 | Stephen Brayshaw | Its an absolute joke that we even need to fight to keep the multihull in the olympic. Pull your head in isaf |
| 5870 | Ian Keam-George | The decision to omit catamarans from the 2012 Olympics is likely to have a detrimental impact on sailing as a whole. From a televisual perspective high-performance craft are required. This means dinghies, like the 49er, and catamarans. It would be a mistake to ratify the decision from Last November and could result in long term damage to he sport as an Olympic event. |
| 5871 | Alfred Andrag | Please include multi hulls |
| 5872 | paresh patel | Dear Sir/Madame,

| 5887 | John Downey | Catamaran sailing is a fundamental part of the sport of sailing...as such it should be represented at the Olympics. I have sailed the Tornado from 1974 to 1987 (UK National Champion twice)...now sailing the A Class, where 70 to 90 boat fleets are seen at championships. Same with the F18, H16 etc.....this is not some small splinter group, cats are mainstream sailing. |

| 5900 | Brian Jennings | Mult-hull sailing offers a simple and easy way into sailing. The smaller ones are ideal family boats. The larger/race orientated ones off excitment that cannot be matched for ordinary sailors, but require skill to really sail well. Mixed crews are ideal for most multi-hull classes. Not having the fastest boat represented in the Olympics is down right daft. |
