To, Middlesex University Students' Union We, the undersigned, wish to kindly express our interest in the introduction of the multi-faith prayer room at Middlesex University Hendon Campus for the diverse community of students it is home to. As per our knowledge there exists students from about 5 major religious backgrounds at Middlesex. However, the university only caters the need for one particular faith giving it (segregated for men and women) prayer rooms. We are not against it (or any religion) in any way. We believe the university should maintain the equality and show respect towards staff and students from different religious background. We strongly urge the Board, University management, Estate and facilities and the students' union to work together and consider fulfilling our request of a prayer room at Middlesex University Hendon Campus.
