We, the parents/carers/staff and students at Mulgrave School, want to be able to travel to school safely.  There is insufficient provision to safely cross from ‘Rectory Road’ across ‘Artillery Place’. Many of us will have experienced fear every time we cross that road on the journey to school; we feel that more can be done to help children arrive and leave school safely. We also feel that the speed limit on Rectory Place should be 20 miles per hour like the neighbouring schools.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
