The new NPS dog management recommends a dog ban on Muir Beach and the surrounding trails. Historically, Muir Beach has always allowed dogs and is one of the few remaining dog-friendly beaches in Marin. It is beloved by residents and visitors alike who want to enjoy the public space with their pets. While those who do not enjoy dogs have the option of already dog-free Stinson, dog owners in Southern Marin have no other reasonable option. We have 90 days to have our voices heard and object to this overly limiting policy. Please sign the petition below and tell all of your friends. Together we can make a difference!
