Effective immediately, every Tuesday of the year shall henceforth be formally recognized as "Muffin Day." Each Tuesday,  every good son shall be required to delivery, in person, (1) Raspberry Almond muffin to his dearest mother. This in turn will grant the aforementioned  son conditional use of his mother's vehicle.

Violators will be subject to a fine of no more than $10,000 USD or imprisonment of no more than 150 days.
