   Comments: I have 2 young children that will soon be of elementary age and if I had known that this elementary school was not going to be built, I likely would not have moved here. I'm sure many potential future residents feel the same way.

    Comments: As a neighbor in Windsor Park, I'm concerned about the declining/stagnant state of the elementary, middle and high schools in our area. Adding the Mueller Elementary would be a great start to getting our neighborhood on the rise!
