This is a petition demanding that the Mt. Vernon, Ohio school board, Steve Short - Superintendent, Ian Watson - President, Dr. Margie Bennett - Vice President, Mrs. Sharon Fair - member, Mrs. Jody Goetzman - member, and Mr. Steven R. Hughes - member, immediately make a public statement supporting a teacher\'s right to have a bible displayed on his/her desk, or immediately resign their position at the school board.
