The petition

Now, recent Nexon America's representative, NxJoeW, has addressed about the ongoing issue of hackers who are "immune" to ban because they buy NX cash off of Nexon America. He states that giving hackers second chances has nothing to do with NX itself, but rather at the GM's discretion to see if the person really realizes his/her wrongdoing and vows never to break the Terms of Service ever again.

Let's face it... in the real world, leopards certainly can't change their spots; hackers just can't stop hacking, no matter what you say to them. Let me give you one example:

http://i9.photobucket.com/albu...

As you can see, a GM (speaks in blue text and has a GM sign over his head) give lenincy to a hacker, who had NX items on him apparently. Only after a few weeks later was that same person caught for hacking, and was thus banned from the game.

Now, as we all know, Nexon promised us a zero-tolerance policy towards anyone who breaks the TOS, and we want to see it being done. Forget second chances... make people learn their lessons the hard way.

Sign this petition and tell Nexon to give no more second chances. It's nice to be nice sometimes, but it just doesn't work with hackers, scammers, and abusers. In addition, if you have any suggestions related to this problem, feel free to put in with your signature.

Our goal is 10,000 signatures. Once we have reached that goal, I'll send this to Nexon America and make them aware of what is needed to be done to fix this situation and make MapleStory enjoyable again.
