Ms. Krissy came into the Larson Center and won our kids over. She is a good teacher and genuinely cares about each of our kids individually. The bond Ms. Krissy shares with our kids is hard to create and not easily replaceable. My fear is that my son as well as the other kids at the center will not respond well to Ms. Krissy leaving. I feel like it is not fair to our kids that they have been forced, now twice within a year, to say goodbye to their teacher and accept another one to take her place without resistance. This time around we received a letter notifying us that Ms. Krissy would be leaving to train a new teacher at another center. My question is why Ms. Krissy? Does this other center not have teachers already there who can help train a new employee? Why do our kids at the Larson Center have to suffer again with the loss of another great teacher? Our kids seem to be getting the shorter end of the stick each time and we have to speak up. There must be another way. Our kids should not be put through this again. We want Ms. Krissy to stay with us at the Larson Center.
