Dangerous dogs should be muzzled and kept on a lead, this we all expect to happen especially working dogs who work for the army, police and so on but a dog that is not being used in this way should never be dangerous.  

If a dog is dangerous in this way, they have usually been made to act like this due to acts of cruelty and neglect, dogs who are bad can be made to be a good dog.

The crux of this petition is this, muzzles create a bad dog, they are bad for them psychologically as they need to forage and eat grass.   I personally have worked hard to ensure that I have a good dog.  I do not see why I and others like me should be punished or the joy of having a dog be taken away.  

My proposal is this that dogs not be muzzled, that people who create a bad dog be punished severely, imprisoned and banned from ever having another dog.
