MRIS's recent decision to invoke, and implementation of, the SAFEMLS security feature have caused undo inconvenience upon the Realtor members. With an inconvenient token system, no emergency access feature, and still no guarantee of data safety, we feel that this system should be reconsidered. Failing that, the suppport level for both the conversion, and use, of the SAFEMLS are wanting, and contain high fees, faulty equipment, and other problems. At a minimum, a review of the customer support available and policies regarding SAFEMLS registration, replacement, etc should be commenced immediately.

Karen Towne, United States6 years ago Comments: I would like to bill MRIS for the lost time searching for the stupid token, losing customers while trying to juggle signing in, lost time in researching properties when I get logged out & lose all my information. This may have been a good solution to a problem for MRIS, but a terrible burden to put on the agents that are paying their salary.
