Comments: My MPX200 is a lousy phone, doesn't work well, is feature-limited, and gets VERY POOR reception compared with my old single-channel Nokia. If an o/s upgrade would help fix any part of this, I'm for it. AT&T sucks.

Comments: I demand a ROM upgrade, if only to fix the bugs introduced into the AT&T Branded version of the current ROM. No other carrier's ROMs have the problem we have found and have made well documented on sites all over the US.

Comments: I would like the upgrade my Mpx200 to Windows smartphone 2003 because I am a developer and have some nice things I would like to do with my phone but need the .Net Framework. I believe that if you provide the upgrade it would not keep people from buying your new MS Smartphones later. I personally will be given this phone to my wife and eventually pass the phone down to my oldest daughter. Please in the time being provide your loyal customers with this upgrade.

Comments: The AT&T ROM for Smartphone 2002 is proven to be defective and known to have more than just a few bugs. By providing an upgrade to Windows Mobilie 2003 it's not just an upgrade, but also MAJOR FIX to how the phone was SUPPOSE to operate in the first place. So the release of a FREE upgrade to their customers, should not have been questioned at all, if they really wanted to "put [their] customers first."

Comments: Please releawse the Smartphone 2003 upgrade. I would very much like to be able to use the "up to date notifications feature" in Exchange 2003 that is only available for Smartphone 2003, as well as be able to use our Geotrust SSL license, Smartphone 2003 would allow me to add this with the SSL certificate manager that is missing in Smartphone 2002. Thanks.
