Comments: It will be unethical if AT&T does not provide the upgrade to its users,, just to support operations of motorola

Comments: The longer I keep my phone, the longer you have my business. If you don't upgrade my phone it will become obsolete and I will switch to the company with the latest and the greatest. If I am willing to pay for this phone, your cancellation fee means nothing to me. Let's see what you are willing to do to keep my business.

Comments: I would never have been purchased the phone if I had known that the SmartPhone 2003 OS would not be available. The .NET support is critical and if it is not available, the phone is not worth it.

Comments: Motorola & AT&T Wireless absolutely must release a Windows Mobile 2003 upgrade for the MPx200. I want to be able to access .NET Web Services on my Motorola MPx200 today. It's already 2004 and I can't imagine why we're forced to continue using Smartphone 2002!

Comments: AT&T Wireless and Motorola absolutely must release a Windows Mobile 2003 upgrade for the AT&T Wireless co-branded Motorola MPx200 Smartphone. I want to access .NET Web Services on my Windows Mobile Smartphone today. I can't do this with Smartphone 2002 (which does not support the .NET Compact Framework). Why are we still being forced to use Smartphone 2002 in 2004

Comments: I am hopeful that this is all an over-reaction to the slow release of 2003, it would make no sense to have an upgradable OS and not provide upgrades.

Comments: Providing 2002 OS when I purchased the phone in 2004 is unexcepable. After all one advantage of a Windows based device is the ability to upgrade.
