Anyone that feels MPAC's methods for property value assessment is unfair should sign this petition. We feel that the government has unjustly created a non-profit organization that hires ex politicians to insulate the government's forced increased land tax. MPAC's process is manned by unqualified personnel that do not give a true assessment value to the properties. This can be proven by the number of complaints and re evaluations. This process does not reflect real property value and insulates governing bodies from recourse. Taxation does not reflect services given by local townships. This petition will be taken to the Premier of Ontario's Office. Please sign and pass it on!
