I/we call on Lambeth Council not to sell off the whole of the former garage site on Mountearl Gardens for private housing, with no flats available to rent and no community facilities.  We believe residents in neighbouring properties on the estate, and in neighbouring Belenoyd Court, and Mount Nod Road, have not been properly consulted.
