There are everyday a lot of motorbikes and/or scooters parked in between cars at the start of Burston Road coming from Upper Richmond Road on the right. The bikes are usually easy target for thieves and vandals since there are no cameras in the nearby (I was personally unfortunate target twice). This petition is to ask Wandsworth council to create a bay for three / four bikes with a CCTV near upper richmond road.
