Motion to reurn children

My children were taken by deception by Officers of the Court and altered documents

I am the only living parent, my husband pased away March 7.2013

My husbad's long lost brother got involved in his life the last 3 weeks of his life.

The brother has been able to take my children,vehichle and is trying to get me out of my house,he has forged documents.filed altered documents,ect.

The Tarrant County Courts have allowed this to happen

This brother is doing this for the money, he has not been involved in our lives for 25 years; not one Birthday, Holiday,nothing not even one family picture.
