Here is my email if anyone wants to help stop guardian abuse and help find a way to beat the justice system its wrong they hold our own children hostage use kids as tools they are human beings not tools, barganing chips, and not trophys. Where are the mothers rights? The justice system even discriminated me and I can't get no legal help at all no one can afford attorney fees and a lot of attorneys are crooked like the judges and commissioners they don't follow the rules and they refuse to correct themselves when they are wrong. They let people get by with felonys and give our own kids to them. Yes my own parents have legal guardian of my older son and holding him hostage from me and his half brother they are the ones who got away with a civil felony and got guardian of my son. So I don't get to see my son much and I miss my son so much and he misses us to he rather live with us. They block my calls they refuse visits. The only thing I can think of to do is file custody lawsuit and if no one knows what forms its a complaint form and summons don't put case number on it leave it blank its considered new you have to take it in front of a judge to see if they will sign it then serve in case people want to know. I am trying to modify and request guardian is all I can do and hope the judge does not put my son in foster I hate my parents for filing papers behind my back doing all this damages to us they are hurting my son even. The guardian at litem did my son wrong and she discriminated me and she ignored abuse and ignored her clients complaints and I sent her pictures of my son bruises no response. Adult protective services won't do anything nor the police. My parents only care about them they only filed for guardian for the money power control and they play mind games. At times my son cries and he feels like he is being used and they use me to how so they forced me to get a grant for supervised visits because I am low income and they don't want to pay for it and they threaten me if I didn't I would never see my son ever again. I only see him once a week in a small room for 3 hours with nothing to do. I am hoping the custody lawsuit will work and request to be his guardian. The reports say I do fine with my son when he acts out its my parents that's causing problems at the place changing rules lying about court orders they don't call me when my son ends up sick in the hospital even they blocked all his records and sealed them. Yes this should be illegal all's I can think of to do is try to vacate his sealed records and I hope I can get it terminated and reopen the old case to get them on the felony they committed by show of cause hearing and hope for the best I don't get fined. The money is for damaging us only care about getting my son back and get justice and make a difference in court system they are doing this to too many familys and it destroys kids and parents. So what if we have disabilities who have kids with disabilities it don't make us unfit. The people who are unfit are guardians that destroy their grandkids and keep them held hostage from their parents.
