Comments: Having a chance of visiting home only once every two years, on the grounds of this monastery I feel like home, in Ukraine. Not too many churches or monasteries can offer the same environment and spirit. It would be a huge disappointment for me and I believe many others who for years were coming to the monastery with their families.

Comments: I am both sad and happy about this sale. I am sad that it will no longer be a Ukrainian Catholic monastery, but I am happy that a good and holy community of Christians will be taking the monastery over. I pray that the Coptic community will welcome the Ukrainian community. As a Catholic teacher I have taught many Coptic students at the local Catholic high school. I have been to the Coptic church in Mississauga and have found the community to be warm and welcoming to all followers of Christ! I am sure it will all work out in the end.

Comments: I visited the church during the week I was at the Taoist Tai Chi workshop. I was awed by the feeling of "tremendum." I can't believe that it is for sale - and that anyone would consider changing it for

Comments: I cannot understand why the Coptics would want to buy this monastery from a bishop who is dishonest and is willing to sell a holy place without the approval of the Ukrainian people . There can be no blessing; no good will come from this. Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners.

Comments: I am apart of the Coptic Church, and I absolutely endorse your desire to use the monastery. We as Christian brothers and sisters should never be stumbling stones to each other, and as such, although I am sure that my church will never prevent you access to the monastery, I hope that we can share this holy place together.
