We have been to county commissions public board whe one person from a subdivision decided he didn't like our neighbor to drive thru the subdivion and by his house. The commisioners at first agreed to open and fix the road. Then the subdivision appealed it. The road remains closed. Now a street we use to get out to main road, the people decided to keep us out of their subdivion by putting up gates. We now have no access to main road to get to schools and town. We live in a rural area. If there is ever a situation where our one exit is closed, we all will not be able to evuate. We have been using Moss Street for over 25 years. How can one person, who by the why is moving, dictate to close our street. Emergency vechiles only hace one way to get to us. That's an extra 10 minutes, that could mean life or death. It like the saying goes----if you have money, you can get anything done. Please help to open road by write to city commissioners or signing petition.
