PETITON FOR ANNEXATION TO CAMANO ISLAND  MOSQUITO CONTROL DISTRICT #1(RCW 17.28.330)TO: THE HONORABLE BOARD OF TRUSTEES CAMANO ISLAND MOSQUITO CONTROL DISTRICT #1

We, the undersigned, being registered voters resident in the territory described below, hereby petition and request that the real property boundaries described below be annexed to the Camano Island Mosquito Control District in accordance with RCW Chapter 17.28. Petitioners further state as follows:

1. The boundaries of the area proposed to be annexed to the Camano Island Mosquito Control District #1 are as follows;

All areas that lie within Island County Washington, and are located on Camano Island, and are not currently within the boundaries of Camano Island Mosquito Control District #1. See Map (Available at www.cimcd1.com)

2.  Petitioners request, upon certification by the Camano Island Mosquito Control Board #1 that this petition contains sufficient valid signatures as provided by RCW 17.28, action be taken thereon all in accordance with RCW Chapter 17.28.

Ten percent or more of registered voters in the boundaries legally described above who have cast votes for the office of governor in the last gubernatorial election are required to validate this petition.
