Dear Warner Brothers Studios, On June 7th 2010, a trailer mysteriously appeared on Youtube simply named Mortal Kombat, released by poster "Mortal Kombat Rebirth." The trailer depicted what appeared to be a new, modern day take of the Mortal Kombat franchise. Long time fans and new fans alike rejoiced at the polished action scenes and applauded the new direction of the storyline, yet no body actually knew what the trailer meant for the long running franchise. A day after the trailer was released, an update came revealing the trailer as a sales pitch to Warner Ｂrothers to reboot the Mortal Kombat franchise in this new direction. The many fans and viewers were saddened by the fact that this project actually wasn`t evidence of a new movie, but simply the possibility of a new movie. Having been on Youtube alone for just 3 days, the video all ready reached over 2 million viewers. That is not including the countless other websites hosting the video as well. Should this movie become a reality, it would be a huge success not only for the studio responsible for its creation, but for the millions of fans that have been waiting years for a new Mortal Kombat movie as well. We sincerely ask you, Warner Brothers Studios, please make this movie into a reality. Sincerely, Mortal Kombat fans around the world.
