A white night shift manager of Walmart Stores Inc at Morrisvile in North Carolina State sent black employee home at about 11:40pm on Saturday, 03/17/2012, when the employee complained of shoulder pain after helping push shopping carts manually.What is mind boggling is the fact that the employee's primary job is floor maintenance and even though the employee was prepared to do his maintenance tasks for the night, the manager insisted that he should leave the store if he (the associate) he was not manually pushing anymore carts or help with stocking. The manager and the personnel cordinator of the store instructed the associate to return to work only with a doctor's note.
