I hope that his Majesty will use his weight and completely changes the managing directors and their policies that had us suffer in silence for years now. Taking our hard earned money and slamming the door at our faces, knowing deep inside them that they are our only alternative to see our beloved country. If you ask every Moroccan here in the USA, if there was any other alternative to go to morocco, la RAM would have been bankrupt by now. Most of Moroccans now contemplate going to other destinations for their summer travel where a 5000.00 will buy you a Vacation to the Dominican republic , Panama , the Cayman , Aruba with airfare hotels where everything is inclusive to include the tips . When a $5000.00 barley pays for the airline tickets with these ingrates . I m imploring his majesty to do something about this and do it quickly.. Thanks for listeningCountry:Flag

Name: Fouad Graoui on May 19, 2009Comments: I think this is a good first step toward a better service and fares that La RAM does provide for the Moroccan Citizens residing in the USA and Canada as well as in the far away countries where people do choose La RAM Airlines to get to their mother country Morocco. People are having very hard time in this economy to purchase tickets from La RAM due to the high fares and specially people with a family. Also, it will be nice if La RAM can help people with emergencies due to a death or a serious sickness in their families in Morocco.Country:Flag

Name: Anonymous on May 19, 2009Comments: My Mom just flew RAM from Morocco few weeks ago and was very unhappy with the service and treatment. My Mon has been coming to the states for over 15 years and her experiences with AIR France have been much more acceptable. Unfortunately, due to the extended stay in France, her flight options have been limited to RAM. Therefore, I support this petition and I know that a change in the company’s way of doing business would benefit RAM and Moroccans abroad.Country:Flag

Name: Anonymous on May 20, 2009Comments: RAM does have a major issue with the quality of service. Its staff constantly exudes bad attitude and displays amateurism. I had to beg them once to get water for my pregnant wife and kid. Prices as simply astronomical. While I encourage all to continue using RAM, it is after all the national carrier and needs to be supported< i sincerely hope that the bozos running the firm will get out of the "monopoly" mentality, review their prices adn ameliorate their service which includes cleaning up the planes once in a while.
