| 54 | Phil Schneider | There are alot of people who depend on the film biz who at this point are either unemployed or have had to leave the state to make a living. I am one. I have left my wife, 3 year old and 5 month old to work in North Carolina. If states a poor as Louisana, South Carolina, New Mexico and North Carolina can alocate funds for incentives the it should be easy for a state as rich a Florida to do the same. Thanks, Phil Schneider 305 467-7131 |
| 55 | Jennifer Radzikowski | Incentive distribution should not be capped at 2 Million Dollars per project. The incentive package for a $80-$100 million Dollar show need be larger. (6-8 Million) |

| 66 | Patrick Tantalo | We need legislation passed to help draw entertainment productions here to florida. too many other states have passed incentives that are taking the industry from our film makrs in florida. We need to pass a film incentive that will keep our people working. |

| 71 | Ray Rifice | States such as S.Carolina, Louisiana, New Mexico, etc. with a Tax incentive program have gained in many ways the boost in economy from film productions. We here in S. Florida have been steadily declining in work and we need help now. |

| 94 | Paul Meena | Esteemed Legislator,
Please support the proposed production incentive legislation in this upcoming session. In order for the production community to stay competitive in the incentive game, it is imperative that we switch our current legislation over to a "tax credit" verses an appropriation and I would further ask that you support Governor Crist's recommendation of $75M.
As you may or may not know, there is no distribution of state funds until AFTER a production spends their money in the state of Flroida, and we have historically been receiving a 6:1 ROI on this incentive.
Thank you for your consideration of this current legislation and for your support of our indsutry in the past. |
| 95 | Karen Virgin | I am shocked that Florida is so far behind other states in insentive programs. I hope our leaders will stop dropping the ball and compete as we have for decades. |
