In order to maintain the order and extreme exclusivity of "The Nine", it is necessary to have no more than nine members of the group. Because of a lack of material generated and failure to even "lurk", Spell member Zach Stratton's membership to this community is in question. In order to bring this matter to the Groups Administrator, Matt DeCarlo, this petition needs 5 signatures to show a majority of members wish to remove Zach Stratton from the group and strip him of any rights.
