**Living on the estate myself, I have had enough of the very few bins overflowing with dog mess. There are 2 bins which are causing problem. One which is situated on Beccles Road, opposite The Sun pub and the other within the fence of a children's playground on Burnet Road/Tarragon close. For myself, the one within the children's playground is my concern. On numerous occasions I have contacted the Borough Council about the bags of dog mess which people seem to be dumping on the floor around the bin where the children (including my own) play because the bins are already full.

My first negative response saying "We have had no complaints from members of the public, the rangers and people who empty the bins". Most recently I have had no response at all!

All I ask is that the council recognize the fact that there are simply not enough bins in this area! Also, comparing this to the 8 bins installed around the Green lane Park.
