We, the undersigned residents of central New York, support a moratorium on all natural gas drilling in our townships/cities/villages until such time as the short-term and long-term impacts of this industry on our health, environment, infrastructure, property values, quality of life and community character can be fully evaluated, planned for, and mitigated via responsible and appropriate ordinances and regulations.
